Requirements
Prospective students are expected to meet the minimum entry requirements set by the college to be considered for admission to a programme. Depending on the programme, additional requirements may include a portfolio assessment and/or an interview.
Programme
- Diploma in Graphic Intermedia Design
- Diploma in Digital 3D Animation
- Diploma in Fine Art
- Diploma in Interior Design
- Diploma in Architectural Technology
- Diploma in Fashion Design Technology
Malaysian Student
- Pass in SPM / UEC / O’Level with 3 credits*; OR
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field and pass SPM (1 credit); OR
- Other equivalent qualifications approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia
* Note: For Diploma in Architectural Technology, a credit in Mathematics is also required.
International Student
- Pass with 3 credits in an academic qualification recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. Please refer to “The List of Entry Qualifications for International Students.”
- A valid International English Testing System (IELTS) score of at least 4.0 (or equivalent).
Programme
- Certificate in Art and Design
Malaysian Student
- Pass in SPM / UEC / O’Level with 1 credit; OR
- Pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 2 in a relevant field; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia; AND
- Submission of portfolio
International Student
- Pass with 1 credit in an academic qualification recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. Please refer to “The List of Entry Qualifications for International Students.”
- A valid International English Testing System (IELTS) score of at least 4.0 (or equivalent).
Programme
- Foundation in Design
Malaysian Student
- Pass SPM with credits in 5 subjects; OR
- Pass UEC with grade B in 5 subjects; OR
- Pass ‘O’ LEVEL with grade C in 5 subjects; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia
International Student
- Pass with 5 credits in an academic qualification recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. Please refer to “The List of Entry Qualifications for International Students.”
- A valid International English Testing System (IELTS) score of at least 4.0 (or equivalent).
