Kuala Lumpur Fashion Expedition: Industry Insights
Moving beyond the theory of the classroom, our Fashion Department embarked on a 2-day study trip to Kuala Lumpur for an immersive, hands-on exploration of textiles. Students gained firsthand experience in how fabric selection dictates the design, structure, and overall creative process. Fabric isn’t just a material; it is the foundational spark that inspires an entire collection. This trip empowered our students to bridge the gap between conceptual design and industry-standard production.
